Payment can be executed by bank transfer or credit card according to the procedure reported in the form:
- Bank transfer: attach a receipt from your bank to the form
- Credit card:put your data in the form; the secretariat will execute the payment and send back a receipt

On-site registration

Registration fee covers:
- admission to the scientific sessions and to the technical tour (accompanying person fee excluded)
- book of proceedings edited by Springer (accompanying person fee excluded)
- certificate of attendance (accompanying person fee excluded)
- lunches and coffee-breaks during the Conference
- dinner on May 22nd (one-day participation fee excluded)
- dinner on May 23rd (one-day participation fee excluded)
- social event on May 24th (one-day participation fee excluded)
Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the organising secretariat. All refunds will be reimbursed only after the end of the Conference, by bank transfer, as follows:
- prior to May 20th, 2013: full refund (minus euro 50.00 for Secretariat expenses)
- after May 20th, 2013: no refund
Visa request
To get a visa you must apply to the Italian Diplomatic and Consular Representations in your country of residence.
Please, visit the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to find out if you need a visa to enter Italy and which documents are required in order to submit the relevant application.
Please, be advised that the visa request process can take several weeks, so it is important that you start your application as soon as possible, to ensure you will receive your visa in time to travel for the Conference. Should you request a formal letter, stating that you have paid the required registration fee in full, do not hesitate to contact the Organising Secretariat.
