| REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES |
We strongly encourage participants to register as soon as possible since Pavia is a small city with a limited number of hotels. Furthermore, other events occurring in Pavia in early September are affecting room availability in many hotels. Please look at the deadlines for booking the reserved rooms.
There is a registration fee (VAT included) of
covering teaching materials, two lunches, welcome cocktail (September, 3rd) and social dinner (September, 6th).Participants interested in a bed and breakfast, single room accommodation for 4 nights (arrival 3/9 and departure 7/9) at the nearby Collegio Volta should pay an extra 200 euros (VAT included) along with their registration. More details on this recent student dorm can be found at the webpage on accommodations. Booking of a room here is possible only by paying the registration fee by June, 30th. Since the number of rooms is limited (we currently reserved 20 rooms), it is important to inform the ABS07 Secretariat by May, 27th, about the will of staying at Collegio Volta.
Please contact the ABS07 Secretariat for accompanying persons attending welcome cocktail and/or social dinner. Payments for them will be done directly to the restaurants.
People paying the registration fee after June, 30th, will be charged an extra 50 € as late registration fee.
It is possible to reimburse 30% of the paid amount for cancellations received in writing by July, 15th. No reimbursement is possible after that date.
Participants are kindly asked to fill the registration form (specifying applicable registration fee and accompanying persons' dinner) and send it to abs07@mi.imati.cnr.it
Participants can buy drinks and snacks during the breaks at the nearby
university cafeteria. Two lunches are included in the registration fee and
they are available in the nearby university cafeteria.
No booking will be done for dinners, except for the welcome cocktail and the
social dinner.

Please make sure that CNR will get the exact
amount, without charging it the bank fees.
An
