The hotel booking service is carried out by

We strongly encourage to book a room through it. To book a room, please fill in the accommodation form and send it to the secretariat of Fondazione Alessandro Volta . Costs and details on booking are available in the accommodation form. Guesthouse: It is possible to book some places at the guesthouse of "Villa del grumello". Only shared rooms are available (the organization will arrange the students' disposal in the rooms). The guesthouse has a kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator and hot plates. Moreover, the minimum necessary to prepare breakfast (coffee, biscuits, tea...) is included in the price. Important: To book your room in Como, note that classes will begin Monday, August 29 after lunch (at 14:00) and will end Friday, September, 2 before lunch (13:00). Deadline: The deadline for booking is July, 20. Notice: The Municipality of Como applies a tourist tax. The amount of the tax is Euro 2,50 for 4 star hotels, Euro 2,00 for 3 star hotels, Euro 1,00 for 2 star hotels; tax is per night and person and is applied on maximum 4 nights.
