REGISTRATION

                                                              
        

According to the Italian law, public servants in Italian institutions, e.g. employees (but not students and post-docs) at CNR, State Universities, Banca d'Italia, etc., are exempt from VAT. We invite all participants, who are public servants in Italian institutions, to pay the amount without VAT.


There is a regular (before 01/04/2014) registration fee without accommodation of

  • EUR 400 (22% VAT included) for students and postdocs
  • EUR 550 (450.82 + 22% VAT) for people from academic and non-profit organisations
  • EUR 900 (737.70 + 22% VAT) for all the others
    • There is a late (after 01/04/2014) registration fee without accommodation of
  • EUR 460 (22% VAT included) for students and postdocs
  • EUR 610 (500.00 + 22% VAT) for people from academic and non-profit organisations
  • EUR 960 (786.88 + 22% VAT) for all the others

    • The registration fee includes teaching materials, two lunches (17/06 and 19/06), welcome cocktail (16/06) and farewell dinner (20/06)

    Please contact the ABS14 Secretariat for accompanying persons attending welcome buffet and/or farewell dinner.

    It is possible to reimburse 30% of the paid amount for cancellations received in writing by April 1th . No reimbursement is possible after that date.

          

    REGISTRATION FORM
    		                                                              
            

    Participants are kindly asked to fill the registration form , providing all the requested data needed to issue an invoice according to the current Italian laws. In particular, it is compulsory to provide the VAT number if the invoice will be issued to an organisation (and not to an individual) based in the European Union. A Tax Number Id is requested also for non-EU organisations

          

    ACCOMMODATION
    		                                                              

           

    The hotel booking service is carried out by  Centro di Cultura Scientifica "Alessandro Volta".  Some information is available in the page "Accommodation" of this site, however, if you have special requests or you need  more information please contact the secretariat of "Centro Volta".

    An acknowledgement of the fax transmission will be sent by e-mail as soon as possible.

  • Aprl,  1th, 2014:  payment of registration fee without late registration fee
