REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES

Since a limited number of places is available, we strongly encourage participants to register as soon as possible.

Registration

According to the Italian law, Italian public servants, e.g. employees (but not students and post-docs) at CNR, State Universities, Banca d'Italia, etc., are exempt from VAT. We invite all participants, who are Italian public servants, to pay the amount without VAT.

There is an early (before 1/3) registration fee of

  • EUR 500 (20% VAT included) for students and postdocs
  • EUR 660 (550 + 20% VAT) for people from academic and non-profit organisations
  • EUR 960 (800 + 20% VAT) for all the others
    • There is a regular (between 1/3 and 30/4) registration fee of
  • EUR 530 (20% VAT included) for students and postdocs
  • EUR 690 (575 + 20% VAT) for people from academic and non-profit organisations
  • EUR 990 (825 + 20% VAT) for all the others
    • There is a late (after 30/4) registration fee of
  • EUR 560 (20% VAT included) for students and postdocs
  • EUR 720 (600 + 20% VAT) for people from academic and non-profit organisations
  • EUR 1020 (850 + 20% VAT) for all the others
    • The registration fee includes teaching materials, coffee breaks, two lunches (21/6 and 23/6), welcome buffet (20/6) and farewell dinner (23/6).

    Please contact the ABS11 Secretariat for accompanying persons attending welcome buffet and/or farewell dinner.

    It is possible to reimburse 30% of the paid amount for cancellations received in writing by April, 30th. No reimbursement is possible after that date.

    It is possible to book rooms through the EURAC Secretariat. Details will be provided as soon as possible.

    Registration form

    Participants are kindly asked to fill the on-line registration form (available soon), providing all the requested data needed to issue an invoice according to the current Italian laws. In particular, it is compulsory to provide the VAT number if the invoice will be issued to an organisation (and not to an individual) based in the European Union. A Tax Number Id is requested also for non-EU organisations.

    Payments can be made ONLY (no credit cards, cash, money orders, etc.) by

    Please make sure that CNR will get the exact amount, without charging it the bank fees.

    An acknowledgement of the fax transmission will be sent by e-mail as soon as possible.

    School Deadline

  • January, 1st, 2011: first day for payment of registration fee
  • February, 28th, 2011: last day for the payment of the early registration fee
  • April, 30th, 2011: payment of registration fee without late registration fee
