We strongly encourage participants to register as soon as possible since a limited number of places and rooms are available at Accademia Cusano.
There is a registration fee of
covering teaching materials and welcome buffet (June, 15th). The farewell dinner (June, 17th) will cost an extra 50 euros.Please contact the ABS09 Secretariat for accompanying persons attending welcome buffet and/or farewell dinner.
People paying the registration fee after April, 30th, will be charged an extra 50 € as late registration fee.
It is possible to reimburse 30% of the paid amount for cancellations received in writing by April, 30th. No reimbursement is possible after that date.
It is possible to book a room at Accademia Cusano through the ABS09 Secretariat. Single rooms for 4 nights (arrival 14/6 and departure 18/6), including breakfast and Brixen Card, cost 170 euros per person.
Participants are kindly asked to fill the registration form (.txt) or (.doc) (specifying applicable registration fee, requested accommodation at Accademia Cusano, accompanying persons and their requests, invoicing details) and send it to abs09@mi.imati.cnr.it
Participants can buy drinks and snacks during the breaks at nearby
bars.
No booking will be done for lunches and dinners, except for the welcome
buffet and the farewell dinner.

It is important to indicate in the Bank Transfer the reason of payment:
"ABS09 - CNR IMATI - 050.001" and YOUR NAME
Please make sure that CNR
will get the exact amount, without charging it the bank fees.
An
acknowledgement of the fax transmission will be sent by e-mail as
soon as possible.
