| REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES |
We strongly encourage participants to register as soon as possible since a limited number of seats (40) and rooms are available at Centro Congressi Panorama.
There is a registration fee (VAT included) of
covering teaching materials and welcome cocktail (June, 9th). The social dinner (June, 12th) will cost an extra 50 euros.Please contact the ABS08 Secretariat for accompanying persons attending welcome cocktail and/or social dinner.
People paying the registration fee after April, 15th, will be charged an extra 50 € as late registration fee.
It is possible to reimburse 30% of the paid amount for cancellations received in writing by April, 15th. No reimbursement is possible after that date.
Participants are kindly asked to fill the registration form (specifying applicable registration fee and accompanying persons' dinner) and send it to abs08@mi.imati.cnr.it
Participants can buy drinks and snacks during the breaks at nearby
village bars or at the vending machines.
No booking will be done for dinners, except for the welcome cocktail and the
social dinner.

It is important to indicate in the Bank Transfer the reason of payment:
"ABS08 - CNR IMATI - 050.001" and YOUR NAME
Please make sure that CNR will get the exact
amount, without charging it the bank fees.
An
acknowledgement of the fax transmission will be sent by e-mail as
soon as possible.
