Accommodation is available
within walking distance from the University Center in Bertinoro.
Prices for stay from July, 16th (evening) to July,
21st (lunch) are, per person:
- EUR 200 (double room)
- EUR 240 (single room)
The prices include accommodation, breakfast and lunches for
5 days.
Lunches are served at the
University Center.
The same prices apply to accompanying persons, who are asked to
specify in the registration form if they plan to attend both welcome
dinner (July, 17th) and social dinner (July, 20th) for a total price
of EUR 46.

More information on lodging and restaurant (within the University
Center) are available

No dinner is organised except for the welcome dinner (July, 17th)
and the social dinner (July, 20th). There are some restaurants within
walking distance from the University Center.
Please note that payments for lodging and registration are to be made
at the same time and no reimbursement is possible in case of
cancellation, whereas substitutions with colleagues are possible.
